Everytime I go to BK I have to wait in the drive thru for an average of 20 minutes. If I go inside it seems as if they are trying to get the drive thru served before the lobby. I'm sure that this is mainly due to them not wanting the drive thru to continue to hold up traffic on Mississippi. You would think that if one store is having a hard time keeping up with the customer flow than there should be a second.
